Shipping Policy

At The Sock Exchange, we are committed to delivering your orders as quickly (3-10 Days [J&K state may take more time to deliver)) and efficiently as possible. Our team works diligently to process and dispatch every order with care, ensuring that your socks arrive at your doorstep in perfect condition. However, we understand that there may be occasions when delivery times do not meet expectations. This shipping policy outlines the details of our shipping process, including timelines, procedures, and our stance on delayed deliveries.

Order Processing Time

Once you place an order, it enters our system, where it is processed and prepared for shipment. The typical order processing time is 4-6 business days, excluding weekends and holidays and your package will deliver to you within 3-10 Days. And if product is out of stock, it will take upto 15-30 days for processing the order. During this time, we verify payment, inspect items for quality assurance, and package your order securely to ensure it arrives in pristine condition.
For any special requests, such as gift wrapping or adding a personalized note (subject to its possibility), additional processing time may be required and you will be charged additionally for this. You will be informed of any such charges, delays via email/call.

Shipping Options and Times

We offer a variety of shipping options to suit your needs, ranging from standard to express delivery. Once your order has been processed, it will be dispatched using your chosen shipping method. Please note that these delivery times are estimates and not guarantees. While we partner with reliable carriers, delays may occur due to various factors, including but not limited to, high order volumes, adverse weather conditions, customs clearance, or logistical issues on the carrier’s end. We intend to deliver our goods to every possible pin code in India where the goods can be delivered by our shipping partners. In an event where services of India Post is taken for delivery of your goods (especially where private carriers do not deliver) it may take few more days to get the goods delivered.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email or WhatsApp message containing a tracking number and a link to track your package. This allows you to monitor your order’s progress in real-time as it makes its way to you. We encourage you to check the tracking information regularly to stay updated on your delivery.
In some cases, tracking information may not be available immediately after dispatch. This is usually due to a lag in the carrier’s system. If you do not see tracking updates within 2-4 days of receiving your confirmation email, please feel free to reach out to our customer support team for assistance. If you got delivered mark at your order tracking page or status showing late delivery or early delivery or anything else, but you didn’t receive your parcel, this might be due to technical discrepancies happened at delivery partner. in this case, please reach to the customer support page or you can mail us at care. thesockexchange@gmail.com. We will resolve it withing 48-72 hours.

Handling Delays

We understand that timely delivery is important to our customers, and we strive to meet the estimated delivery times for all orders. Usually, it takes around 3-10 days to deliver your order. However, it’s important to recognize that delays may occur beyond our control. These may include but are not limited to:

– Carrier Delays: Our shipping partners may experience delays due to high volumes, technical issues, or route disruptions.

– Customs Delays: For international orders, packages may be held up in customs, resulting in extended delivery times.

– Weather Conditions: Severe weather events can impact transportation routes, causing delays in delivery.

– Public Holidays: National and regional holidays can also affect shipping times, both domestically and internationally.

We do our best to work with our carriers to minimize these delays, but we cannot be held responsible for them. As such, we do not offer refunds or accept complaints based on delayed deliveries.

No Complaints on Delayed Orders

By placing an order with us, you acknowledge and agree that we cannot guarantee delivery times, and you accept the possibility of delays. Our shipping policy explicitly states that complaints related to delayed deliveries will not be accepted. We appreciate your understanding of this matter but we are for sure you will receive the best as expected.
In the event of a significant delay, our customer support team will be in touch to provide updates. However, we encourage our customers to practice patience and allow sufficient time for delivery before raising any concerns. If your order has not arrived within 15-20 business days of the expected delivery date, please contact us, and we will assist in investigating the matter with the carrier.

Undeliverable Packages

Occasionally, packages may be returned to us as undeliverable. This can happen for several reasons, including incorrect or incomplete address information, refusal of the package, or failed delivery attempts. In such cases, we will contact you to arrange for reshipment or re-attempt to courier partner for again deliver to your order. Please note that additional shipping charges may apply if the package needs to be reshipped due to incorrect address details provided by the customer. If you believe your package may be undeliverable, please reach out to our customer support team as soon as possible so that we can assist in resolving the issue.

Lost or Damaged Packages

While rare, packages can sometimes be lost or damaged during transit. If your order arrives damaged, please take photos of the packaging and the product and contact us immediately. We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include sending a replacement or issuing a refund.
If your package appears to be lost, please reach out to us after the estimated delivery window has passed. We will initiate a trace with the carrier to locate the package. Please note that investigations into lost packages may take several business days, and we appreciate your patience during this process.
